What can we veterans do to mentor the young? My biggest successes are, of course,

teacher, the fabulous biology and chemistry teacher, and the (retired) Italian teacher, but I also am proud of my participation in the Indiana State University Teachers' Academy. I joined 4 of my colleagues in a week of collaboration with pre-service teachers last winter.
